SupportDesk UK is a dedicated Information and communications technology (ICT) support company based in Manchester. It was born from the need to support the ever growing client base of it's sister company NAS UK Ltd.
As NAS UK grew we knew that by creating a dedicated support team we could offer an unparalleled level of support for our existing and future clients. This meant that we were able to provide a better service whilst prioritise our support offering to our clients, allowing us to deliver a high quality service and ensuring little disruption to their day to day business from IT issues.
SupportDesk UK is now a company "standing on its own two feet" providing a reliable and effective service to clients throughout the UK. From small "one-man bands" to corporate enterprises we are able to offer our technical experties from our office base. For more serious issues, or when the need arises, we are able to dispatch a trained field engineer from our originating company, NAS UK Ltd, who can provide a full onsite solution from hardware replacement to full disaster recovery.
Our remote support desk service grows daily, and with our fully trained team we are able to resolve 98.4% of issues remotely saving you time and, more importantly, money!

With the help of our secure remote software, and with your permission, we can quickly log into your systems which allows us see the problem for ourselves. We can see first hand if the user is doing anything incorrectly, or identify software problems and fix them remotely, quickly and efficiently. The utilisation of these tools allows us to resolve over 86% of issues first time, and within our Service Level Agreement of initial response of 4 hours.
Our teams skillset covers a wide range of both software and hardware including support for all Microsoft operating systems from Windows 7 through to Server 2016, a wide range of Microsoft software including Office suites from 2010, Exchange 2010 onwards and many third party vendor software such as Sage accounting packages, the dental industries Exact software (produced by Software of Excellence), HP and Brother printing software. In fact we pride ourselves on making sure we understand how our customers business and infrastructure works, so that we can offer support in all aspects of their day-to-day business activity.
Our knowledge doesn't rest there. We are also telecommunications trained and are ideally positioned to support both your hardware and software PBX telephone systems, be it traditional or IPPBX systems!

How to use the service

It's easy to get help from our team:

  1. Simply log into our website (if you have internet access) at www.supportdeskuk.net, and raise a new ticket by clicking on the "Raise a Ticket" button and following the instructions (the site is mobile/tablet friendly!)
  2. Email directly to support@supportdeskuk.net and tell us your problem.
  3. Call our dedicated support line 0161 358 0550 and one of our support technicians will be happy to raise a ticket on your behalf.
Whichever way you choose to contact us a new support ticket will be raised and an email response confirming this will be sent to you.
Our usual Service Level Agreement (4 hour response), will ensure that a support technician will contact you quickly, and aim to resolve your issue as soon as possible in the most appropriate way.
On the "ticket" website there are already some hints and tips on how to keep yourself self-supported on easy fix issues, and we will keep these updated. No matter how small your issue is we are here to help and support you. Our Support Desk working hours are between 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, however, the system is up and running 24/7 and we will respond to any out of hour's issues or raised tickets the next business day.


We are easily reachable by email or telephone, or if you would prefer to come and discuss your companies support needs we are very happy for you to make an appointment for you to visit our office and meet the team. We are situated overlooking the M56 at Junction 2 and within 5 minutes of Manchester airport, and 10 minutes of Manchester city centre.
Of course, we are always happy to come to you should you wish to discuss your support needs in the comfort of your own office.
