How to use the service
It's easy to get help from our team:
- Simply log into our website (if you have internet access) at www.supportdeskuk.net, and raise a new ticket by clicking on the "Raise a Ticket" button and following the instructions (the site is mobile/tablet friendly!)
- Email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your problem.
- Call our dedicated support line 0161 358 0550 and one of our support technicians will be happy to raise a ticket on your behalf.
Whichever way you choose to contact us a new support ticket will be raised and an email response confirming this will be sent to you.
Our usual Service Level Agreement (4 hour response), will ensure that a support technician will contact you quickly, and aim to resolve your issue as soon as possible in the most appropriate way.
On the "ticket" website there are already some hints and tips
on how to keep yourself self-supported on easy fix issues, and we will keep these updated.
No matter how small your issue is we are here to help and support you.
Our Support Desk working hours are between 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, however, the system is up and running 24/7 and we will respond to any out of hour's issues or raised tickets the next business day.
